Yogilates

 

A fusion of mindful exercises – based on the classic disciplines of Yoga and Pilates – developed by Epiphany’s own Shirley Quejada, Yogilates unites the Eastern Yoga philosophy of body, mind and inner spirit with the West’s Pilates Method of stretching and strengthening. Yoga, with its emphasis on integration, combined with Pilates, which focuses on the principles of concentration, control, flexibility, and precision result in stronger bones, toned muscles, improved posture, balance, flexibility, healthy functions of the body systems, within a body and mind in harmony.
