Nap & Shirley Quejada have been in the
business of fitness & wellness for more than 20 years now, from back when
aerobic classes were conducted in leg warmers and bare feet. You can say we
have come a long way since then and have learned safer and more scientific
approaches to fitness & wellness. We have strived to put these principles
into practice by organizing & conducting fitness-related events, such as
lectures, seminars, product launches, among many other events; offering our
services for training of group exercise and gym instructors; planning and conducting
corporate wellness programs from fitness center conceptualization, formulating
tailor-fit procedures, to program implementation. We strive to fine-tune all
programs with the comfort and convenience of the participant in mind, to
minimize dropouts and backsliding; these include all front office activities to
client monitoring.
Four years ago, we incorporated certain
complementary mind & body practices into our fitness approach which have
proven to be effective – resulting in wellness with less stress! We also
appreciated the need to have a healing modality on hand, and have gained
proficiency in the Bowen Technique. To emphasize our commitment to these
complementary practices, we have been organizing the Philippine Mind & Body
Conferences for the past three years, featuring the different modalities which
complement western medical practice.

Sandro
‘Strix’ Toledo, MD
Doctor Toledo's work, while largely rooted in Manual and Occupational
Medicine, is highly Integrative in its approach. His U.S.-accredited medical
practice already incorporates Manual Medicine, Acupuncture, Medical Nutrition,
Medical Hypnotherapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Most
of Doctor Toledo's patients are gracefully aged and have heart, mental, and blood sugar concerns. A
large number of them used to be chronically over-stressed. Most of his clinic time
is productively occupied with limiting or eliminating muscle, tendon, or joint
pain.
Doctor Toledo teaches Anatomy and
Physiology at a University in Manila. He is the Director of a Healthcare
Provider System, and heads a team of brilliantly adaptive Physical
Therapists/Manual Therapists. His team has been conducting very warmly received
series of workshop-seminars on Manual Medicine.
