The blending of Yoga’s steady poses of alignment and posturing within Tai Chi’s slow dance results in an efficient and comfortable practice to achieve muscle balance, movement stability, flexibility and relaxation while conditioning the body, mind and spirit. Yoga encourages you to look inward, developing awareness by feeling and sensing whilst the fluidity of the Tai Chi circular motions gives definition to the body without the use of external weight. Unintentionally, flexibility and range of motion increase.
